With crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes and slices of cooked chicken all layered in slices of Baker Street’s Sliced White Loaf, it’s sure to fill up those hungry family members at lunchtime.

Also a quick and easy turnaround for unexpected guests!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Baker Street Sliced White Loaf
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 150g cooked chicken slices

Steps

  1. Fry or grill the bacon until cooked and crispy. Whilst your bacon is cooking, toast the slices of your Baker Street White Sliced Loaf to your preference, then spread mayonnaise on each slice.
  2. To construct your sandwich, layer some slices of chicken and tomato onto two of the slices of bread before popping on another slice of bread on top. Then layer on the crispy bacon and some more tomato slices before putting the final slices of bread on top.
  3. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with a bowl of crisps on the side
