Kickstart your Bank Holiday weekend with a twist on traditional pancakes using Baker Street’s Sliced White Bread. To create this recipe, you need to:

  1. Flatten the slices of Baker Street’s White Sliced Loaf with a rolling pin
  2. Spread them with butter
  3. Sprinkle with sugar
  4. Roll up the bread slices and dip them into an egg and milk mixture with a pinch of salt
  5. Fry them in butter until they’re golden brown and delicious
  6. Top them with a generous drizzle of golden syrup
