Taking the classic British breakfast sandwich and upgrading it with eggy bread, that’s what this recipe is about. Soaking a Baker Street Mega Burger Bun in a whisked egg and frying before filling with three sausages and smothering in ketchup to make yourself a mega breakfast.

Top tip

Ingredients

1 Baker Street Mega Burger Bun
3 sausages
1 egg
15g butter
Ketchup

Steps

Cook the sausages according to pack instructions
Melt the butter in a frying pan
Whisk the egg in a large bowl, dip the Mega Burger Bun into the egg mixture and fully coat
Fry the burger bun on both sides until golden. Keep an eye on it while it’s cooking so it doesn’t burn.
Pop the sausages inside the eggy burger buns and drizzle ketchup – or brown sauce if you prefer – on top.
