This soup flavour is one of our favourites here at Baker Street HQ, however, the only reason we’ve made this leftover recipe is so that we can serve it with GIANT croutons!

Using up some leftover Seeded Burger Buns, we’ve turned them into mega-sized croutons for our soup because we think you just can’t get enough of those crunchy croutons.

You could use any leftover bread for these croutons – all you’d need to do is chop the bread up into bits, drizzle them with a little bit of oil and seasoning and lightly toast them so they’re golden and crunchy.
